Mantaray, Main Beach

Mantaray Marina and Residences sits on Seaworld Drive at Main Beach, on the Gold Coast, delivered for Multiplex. It is a high-end residential project where the finishes carry the job, so every visible edge was held to a tighter standard than usual.

Invicta ran pergolas around the entire rooftop, every rooftop unit with its own pergola system, in a mixture of ZEUS and MAGNI. Alongside them: multiple gates, and a 50mm batten screen with a gate built from the same 50mm batten, so the screen runs past the gate as one line instead of stopping at it.
