Fabricating onshore only pays off if it is efficient. We automate where machines work best, so our team can focus on the work they do best. Invicta Connect, the platform we built ourselves, runs every job: it breaks a project into scope items, works out the most efficient way to cut each length of aluminium, and sends that cut list straight to the saw.

On the floor, a Pertici P104 machines profiles across four axes, drilling, tapping and notching to the drawing, while an SCM 420 servo saw cuts those lists to the millimetre. We run 3D printing in-house too, for prototyping and one-off components. Less waste, tighter tolerances, the same result every time. That is how we hold cost down and quality up through fabrication, on aluminium supplied locally from South East Queensland, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, with more automation and robotics going in as we grow.
